How Much Does The Medical Specialization Exam Measure Basic Medicine?

Aim: Doctors who want to receive expertise training have take the Medical Specialty Exam (TUS). That’s why they study for TUS in last period of their undergraduate medical education. However, content is different from education (UÇEP) which determined by national core program. This situation causes physicians preparing ignore basic knowledge. aims determine how much TUS, main purpose education, measures medicine. Our first research on this subject.Methods: In study, a descriptive scanning model and document analysis method were used. The sample consists clinical science questions belonging years 2009-2018. 2009-2018 sciences all asked 2019-2020 not included study. It independently compatible each other showed strong positive correlation (r=0,970; p <0.001).Conclusions: Even though tried standardized National Core Education Program (UCEP), result our research, has been incompatible UÇEP therefore As progressed, measuring replaced containing detailed information branches. We think will constitute an obstacle students acquire fundamental proficiency.
